Kimchi Baked Chicken
Place chicken parts (preferably skinned) in the bottom of a baking dish. Simply pour Kimchi with juice over chicken parts. Use enough Kimchi to coat and/or season the amount of chicken you use.
Add a minimum ¼ cup of rice to liquid from Kimchi. Place, covered, in a preheated oven (325') for 15 hours. Serve garnished with minced parsley. Experiment with other meats as well.
